A delight;) I highly recommend to those who do not like lamb steak;) According to the little Kites, it tastes like a bird;)

  • hind thighs, front thighs, muscle approx. 1000 g,
  • tarhon,
  • iodized salt,
  • freshly ground pepper,
  • Bay leaves,
  • garlic 3-4 puppies,
  • bacon approx. 100 g,
  • house wine approx. 350 ml,
  • olive oil.

Servings: 4

Preparation time: less than 90 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Rabbit steak:

The rabbit meat is massaged with spices and olive oil, then put in a heat-resistant tray, filled with wine and a glass of water, put in the preheated oven, uncovered approx. 15 minutes;) Then cover with a lid or aluminum foil and cook for approx. 45 minutes on average;) Serve hot or cold with various garnishes;) In our case with a "chicken" of puree, peasant mushrooms and lettuce;)

A culinary delight;) Increase and good appetite!
