Preparation time: less than 90 minutes
The rabbit meat is massaged with spices and olive oil, then put in a heat-resistant tray, filled with wine and a glass of water, put in the preheated oven, uncovered approx. 15 minutes;) Then cover with a lid or aluminum foil and cook for approx. 45 minutes on average;) Serve hot or cold with various garnishes;) In our case with a "chicken" of puree, peasant mushrooms and lettuce;)
