Mix eggs with sugar until it doubles in volume, add warm milk, butter at room temperature, lemon peel, salt, dissolved yeast and mix gradually adding flour (as much as possible) and then knead with your hands until an elastic and non-sticky dough results,

Cover and leave to rise until it doubles in volume,

Spread the dough on the floured table and cut circles with a larger shape or cup, in the middle with a lid from a bottle, which we will place in the tray lined with baking paper.

Put in the preheated oven until nicely browned (be careful not to brown them too much)

When they have cooled, we glaze them with chocolate or powdered with sugar.
